WHY VISIT THE HARBOUR CLINIC?
Sometimes our thoughts, feelings and behaviours fall into patterns that leave us feeling stuck - draining our energy, dimishing hope, and affecting our relationships or quality of life.
Making time to take a step back - to notice and understand what we are experiencing - is often an important part of the process of change. Once we understand our current location and how we got there we can chart a new course.
The Harbour Clinic facilitates a space in which this can occur, connecting you with an independent clinical psychologist or psychiatrist who can support you in taking steps toward a richer and more meaningful life.​​
